Installation

Step-by-step: install your Mexico eSIM

iOS installation (iPhone)

Automatic APN configuration

Most eSIM profiles auto-configure APN settings for Telcel's network. After installation, verify the APN is set correctly:

  • iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Data Network
  • Android: Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > (travel eSIM) > Access Point Names

A correctly configured APN shows the carrier name and data type. If the APN field is blank, your phone will attempt to auto-fill on first connection.

Manual APN entry

Before boarding
